Today being Mindful Benevolent with yourself and with the others, being yourself,or become the best version of you, is the same thing and ask you daring to look inside of you to listen to your little voice, your intuition, to reconnect your dreams, feelings and heart.

What you can be seen outside of you is the reflect from what is inside of you. If we are full of fears, limitating beliefs, stuck in our internal thoughts schemes, then this will happen exactly outside of you, we will feel trapped, blocked or we will have difficulties to express ourselves with simplicity and coherence. The path is an individual one, there is no universal method, no magic training, no master, no guru. Each of us has to find the best way to connect with himself.
